LUXURY HOME MARKET IN MARYLAND IS HOLDING UP FOR HOME BUYERS.

ANNAPOLIS AND ARNOLD ARE SEEING CLOSED SALES for water front properties.  This happens yearly this time of the year.  Owners of waterfront properties enjoy their home during the summer season and, come fall, think about selling.  What is unique this year is the difference between the list price and sold price.   Waterfron homes in Annapolis and Arnold sold for about $91% of list price.  Sales in the past have been approximately 94% of list price. 

This means that sellers are more willing to negotiate price.  That’s good news for luxury home buyer in Annapolis and Arnold real estate.
